FAQs, shipping & returns
How does the photo projection work?
Your photo is set inside the small stone on the bracelet. To see it, hold the stone close to your eye and look toward a light, or shine a phone flashlight through it to show the photo on a wall.
Can I use a picture of my dog or cat?
Yes. Any clear photo of your dog or cat works, and you can add the name you’d like engraved on the paw heart.
What kind of photo works best?
For the clearest result, choose a bright, high-resolution photo where your pet’s face is clearly visible. A close-up works better than a full-body shot.
Can I order two bracelets with different pictures?
Yes. Each bracelet gets its own photo and name. With two photo bracelets in your cart, $9.99 comes off automatically.
How long does personalization take?
Each bracelet is made to order once you check out, and it ships as soon as it’s ready. We’ll email your tracking number when it’s on its way.
How many characters can I engrave?
Up to 10, including spaces. Letters and numbers work best; emoji can’t be engraved.
What’s the difference between Gold and Gold w/ Picture?
Every style is engraved with your chosen name. The w/ Picture styles also carry your pet’s photo; Gold and Silver don’t.
What is it made of?
Stainless steel, with a chain-link design and lobster clasp.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Take it off before swimming, showering or exercising, and keep it away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products. Store it dry and wipe it gently with a soft cloth.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Personalized items can’t be returned under our refund policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us at petgoodsdaily.support@gmail.com right away so we can make it right.
For non-personalized items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read the full refund policy.
